Hello! I’m the director of the JEI in Plano. As a parent, I witnessed early learning as a foundation for my children’s success. Since 2005, I’ve studied Montessori teaching principles, fostering independence, sense of order, and self-discovery. This led me to choose JEI as a solution for my 2nd grader to provide homework and focused learning. I’m dedicated to fostering an environment where every child can thrive. Together, we can inspire a love of learning that lasts a lifetime!
ATuition will vary from center to center. Most JEI Learning Centers are individually owned and operated. Please contact your nearest center for more details.
AA JEI Learning Center generally open starting in the early afternoon hours on most weekdays. For specific center hours, please contact your nearest center.
AClasses have a maximum ratio of five students to one teacher.
AStudents will take Achievement and Diagnostic Tests periodically. In JEI Math and JEI English, students take an interim test during each weekly session.
AEach week, students receive one workbook for the subject they are enrolled in. Instructors will review the key concept pages of the week with the students.
AStudents come to the center once a week. The weekly session for each subject is typically one hour long.
AStudents will do the remaining pages of the workbook as homework. JEI recommends they complete a few pages daily.
AHomework will vary by the child’s ability level. Typically, it will take less than half an hour per day.
